Our Company
R. J. Littles & Associates, Inc. was founded by Rodney Littles and has since grown to include many new consultants. Our growth is based on our four main principles, which are the key to our success: Independence, objectivity, competence and confidentiality.
The firm has over twenty-five years of experience in business and real estate development with an emphasis on providing management and financial consulting to small and mid-sized companies. We have provided assistance to firms in the startup, growth and crisis phases of business development.
Our firm has several principals as well as associate consultants from around the country in disciplines ranging from transportation, construction management, project management, real estate development, manufacturing, customer support, marketing, interior design, communications, net work integration, human resources, web design, programming, international trade, technology, finance, governmental affairs and banking. The firm was established in 1984 and has served over 300 clients within the eastern US, Caribbean and West Africa.

Rodney J. Littles President
He has managed crisis management, strategic planning, analysis of acquisitions, buyouts, acquiring debt and equity capital, management audits, real estate site analysis and development studies for clients. Clients serviced included those in industries such as real estate, construction, media, telecommunications, professional services, retail, business services, finance, new products and e-commerce.
He has traveled and worked on assignments for US AID as well as private companies in Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, West Africa and Jamaica, W.I. He also has served in the Office of the Dean of the School of Business, Medgar Evers College, at the City University of New York and was responsible for Business and Community Partnerships. He has served as an Economic Development Associate of the Dubois Bunche Center for Public Policy supervising the NYC M/WBE Disparity Study performed by Mason Tillman Associates, Ltd.
He has served as an Economic Development Senior Advisor for the New York City Council Committee on Economic Development. He was a founding member of the New York State Minority Business Advisory Board which developed legislation to create a State Wide Minority Business Development program. He was appointed by then New York State Governor Hugh L Carey. Graduated from the Whitman School of Management, Syracuse University with a BS in Real Estate and Urban Development
Rodney J. Littles, II Vice President/CIO
He has a BS Degree from Morehouse College in Computer Science and a minor in Math. As a web designer he has Developed Knowledge Based Authentication application for a HR Sharepoint Portal with access to a HR Self Service environment; Developed a solution to reset passwords for Active Directory through a web interface and Developed web services to interface with an HR SAP system. As a programmer analyst he has Maintained Ajax driven applications against SAP and SQL databases; been Responsible for the clean up of accounts in an Active Directory Domain. He has Designed applications for various projects with cross system dependencies. He manages technology projects for the firm.
Diane Littles Senior Marketing Communications Associate
Diane assisted the firm in being a chosen as a partner in the NYS Disparity study with Mason Tillman Associates. She has 20 years of experience in public relations, program development, and customer service.
Worked with governmental agencies, engineering firms, business associations, educational institutions,
small and large businesses, and non-profit organizations. Her expertise includes public outreach to local
elected officials, and organizing and managing professional conferences, meetings, workshops,
seminars, and training sessions.
Ms. Littles has a combined experience of 10 years in community outreach and administrative support
services working with environmental engineering firms in Long Island City, NY and Alexandria,
VA.
Ms. Littles was responsible for project invoicing, supervising administrative project staff and
responding to customer requests. During the crisis of lead levels in DC’s tap water, Ms. Littles
coordinated the transfer of the Living Lead Free Call Center, handled highly technical customer inquiries
by translating complex terms into laymen’s language for residents and business owners impacted by
lead service pipes. Her administrative expertise enabled her to manage and maintain excellent
communications between project personnel from government agencies, engineering firms, and
subcontractors.
Highlights of her career in the nonprofit arena include being Youth Director of Positive Youth Connection
(PYC) of the South East Queens Community Partnership. The PYC model of youth programming
developed during her tenure is still being implemented over 15 years later by youth organizations
throughout Southeast, Queens. As Interim Executive Director of The Dance Institute of Washington, Ms.
Littles increased enrollment, improved programming, launched their rebranding and implemented
effective strategic partnerships.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Paralegal Studies from St. John’s University in New York and a
Masters of Business Administration from Trinity Washington University with a focus on Strategic
Management.

He has experience driving ground-up creation of widely diverse companies, continually producing sustained and highly profitable business expansion.
